Qualifications for a lead.
– 65 years and older
– Medicare must be primary insurance
– Must have chronic back pain
– Did not receive a back brace in the past 5 years from Medicare.
– Patient must be eligible (agent can check this in the eligible checker that is provided)
– Patient is interested in back brace.
– 3 way caller ID must be set up as customer phone number showing.
All qualifications must be there upon transfer, transfer center will verify all information and call the doctor when doctor approves the back brace this will be an eligible and payable lead.
