and gas bill, obtain customers account information for utility, validate
customer information, then take the customer through an automated TPV. The
agent then dials into this line with the customer on the phone which has the
customer state their information on the recorded line, and tells them the
proper rate again. After completing this TPV the agent is given a confirmation
number they need to record.
That’s it! We notify of any sales that have not been approved
within 48 hours. So when the following Friday comes, you know
what yourcheck or wire transfer will be!
